Art 298 is designed to provide liberal studies, art education, and other majors with a philosophical and practical basis for learning historical and contemporary issues in art education. Lecture and discussion will especially focus upon two themes: 1) cultural diversity in art education and 2) the universality vs. cultural-specificity of children's artistic and aesthetic development. |
